|New Registration Procedures for 2015-16 School Year
July 29, 2015
Dear Returning Students and Families,
We have a new registration procedure beginning in the Fall 2015 term for all students enrolled in individual lessons in both the Suzuki Program and the Traditional Program. Our goal is to simplify the process for you and to help everyone take care of registration before lessons begin, so that you and your teacher can focus on the music. Please read this carefully, and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
Later in the year, we will be upgrading our whole registration system to add improved features and functionality. This new registration procedure will help you take full advantage of the new software, which will be available in December.
Registration opens August 1, and you will be able to complete your registration as soon as you receive your individual lesson invoice by email from the office (see below).
If you are registering for group classes or ensembles only, you may complete your registration in any of the usual ways (you will not receive an invoice).

New Registration Procedure for Individual Lessons
If your teacher has contacted you about scheduling lessons, make sure you have replied to your teacher. Your teacher will assign you a lesson day and time, and then all you need to do is wait to receive an individual lesson invoice from the UVMC Office. Once you receive that invoice, you can complete your registration and add any group classes or ensembles online, by phone or in the office.
If your teacher has not already contacted you, please call or email the office to schedule a lesson time. Once you have called to schedule your lesson time, you will receive an individual lesson invoice. Once you receive that invoice, you can complete your registration and add any group classes or ensembles online, by phone or in the office.
