In fond memory of our Suzuki student...
Diya was a 5-year-old UVMC Suzuki violin student from Lebanon, NH, who passed away in June of 2010. To honor her memory we have established a special scholarship fund that you are invited to contribute to. The Diya Mathur Scholarship Fund will enable young Suzuki students in need of financial assistance to begin or continue their studies at the UVMC. Diya loved playing her violin very much, and her parents and teachers feel that this fund will carry her joyful musical spirit into the future of music in the Upper Valley.
